Pre-order items are made specially for early supporters and will ship once production is complete. Please note that pre-orders may take longer to process than standard orders, and estimated shipping dates are only projections. While we work hard to deliver your items as quickly as possible, production or carrier delays may occur. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended fulfillment time.
SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This may vary during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that carrier delays, weather issues, or customs processing (for international shipments) may extend delivery times. Spicie Brand is not responsible for delays once a package is in the hands of the carrier.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items ship once production is complete. Estimated ship dates are projections and may change. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that extended fulfillment times may occur.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. Spicie Brand is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered, Spicie Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items (e.g., sale items, limited drops, personal items) may be final sale

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, contact us at info@spiciebrand.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges only for the same item in a different size or color (when available). If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will happily replace the item at no additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or taxes. Spicie Brand is not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.
